We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all our Corporate activities and to ensuring that our supply chain is also free from slavery and human trafficking.

We expect that the parties we engage with are as committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking within any part of our operations. A copy of our Anti- Slavery Policy statement can also be found on the Versatile website. Should you have a concern that there is a breach of our policy then please refer to our Whistleblowing procedure to escalate. As a business, we assess our Sub Contractors and Supply Chain to ensure that they comply with laws and regulations. We request information on compliance with standards in health & safety, quality, environmental, equality, anti-corruption, slavery and human trafficking and adequacy of insurance protection. Supplier responses are verified, and we revert to the supplier for action in the event of ambiguity or noncompliance.

We continually monitor all our processes and review regularly to ensure we are compliant in all areas.
